摘要
新时代推进高校劳动教育是加快推进教育强国建设的必然要求,也是构建高等教育新格局的重要选择。廓清高校劳动教育系统的内涵要素,现实性地树立“为谁培养人”的价值观念,确定“培养什么人”的价值目标,选择“怎样培养人”的价值行为。在具体劳动实践中,还需明确劳动教育的实践进路,通过增强教育主体协同性、明确教育客体中心性、强化教育介体可靠性、再造教育环体支撑性,实现高校劳动教育系统在理论和实践层面的耦合共振。
Promoting labor education in colleges and universities in the new era is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the construction of an educational power,and it is also an important choice for building a new pattern of higher education.It is required to clarify the connotation elements of the labor education system in colleges and universities,realistically establish the value concept of"for whom to train people",determine the value goal of"whom to cultivate",and choose the value behavior of"how to cultivate people".In specific labor practice,it is also necessary to clarify the practical approach of labor education,and realize the coupling resonance of the labor education system in colleges and universities at the theoretical and practical levels by enhancing the synergy of education subjects,clarifying the centrality of education objects,strengthening the reliability of educational mediators,and reconstructing the support of education rings.
