摘要
本研究在亲社会行为视角下提出,实践中的村庄精英亲社会行为具有工具理性与价值理性双重动机,并受到来自村庄社会结构、道德伦理与规范秩序等干预。在“动机—干预”框架下,村庄精英亲社会行为主要分为“伦理型”“炫耀型”“情感型”“功利型”四种类型。根据各类型亲社会行为的特征与影响,并结合农民农村共同富裕质性评判标准,本研究提出村庄精英的四种类型亲社会行为对农村共同富裕水平提升具有不同程度的积极影响,但也分别存在销蚀村庄集体主义精神和扭曲个体精神生活等消极影响。由此,本研究认为应当构建具有公共道德伦理与集体主义精神的第三次分配文化,形成具有生产性功能的亲社会行为理念,推动农村共同富裕水平的提升和乡村振兴的全面实现。
From the perspective of pro-social behavior,this study proposes that the pro-social behavior of village elites in practice has the dual motivation of instrumental rationality and value rationality,and is influenced by the moral ethics and normative order of village society.Under the frame of“Motivationintervention”,the prosocial behaviors of village elites are mainly manifested in four types:“ethics type”,“show off type”,“emotion type”and“utilitarian type”.According to the characteristics and influences of various types of prosocial behaviors,and combined with the qualitative evaluation standard of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,this study proposes that the four types of prosocial behaviors of village elites have different degrees of positive effects on the promotion of rural common wealth level,but there are also negative effects,such as eroding the spirit of village collectivism and distorting the spiritual life of individuals.Therefore,the article argues that the third distributive culture with public ethics and collectivism should be constructed to form a concept of prosocial behavior with productive functions,so as to promote the common prosperity of rural areas and fully realize the revitalization of rural areas.
