瑞华素对麻赛尔纤维和棉纤维同色性染色研究

摘要 采用瑞华素活性染料分别对棉纤维和麻赛尔纤维进行染色,改变固色温度、固色时间、氯化钠和碳酸钠的质量浓度,分别找出对2种纤维比较合适的染色工艺处方与条件,再对2种纤维进行同浴染色,加入合适的助剂,改善2种纤维同浴染色的同色性,并测出染色纤维的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度。结果表明:用3种染料对棉纤维和麻赛尔纤维进行同浴染色,染料质量分数为2%,浴比为1∶100,氯化钠质量浓度为40 g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度为10 g/L,渗透剂JFC质量浓度为10 g/L,60℃固色40 min,2种纤维的色差达到3左右且耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均优良。 Cotton fiber and Jutecell fibers were dyed with Ruihuazol reactive dyes,and the fixing temperature and fixing time,the concentration of sodium chloride and soda ash were changed,the suitable dyeing conditions for the two fibers were found out respectively,and then the two fibers were dyed in the same bath,and the same color property of the two fibers in the same bath was improved by adding suitable auxiliaries,the color fastness to rubbing and to soaping of the dyed fibers were also measured.The results showed that cotton fiber and Jutecell fiber were dyed with three dyes in one bath,the dye concentration was 2%,the bath ratio was 1∶100,the concentration of sodium chloride was 40 g/L,the concentration of sodium carbonate was 10 g/L,the concentration of JFC was 10 g/L,and the color difference of the two fibers was about 3 after fixing for 40 min at 60℃,and the color fastness to rubbing and to soaping was excellent.
