摘要
依据相关标准和技术规定,在乌鲁木齐市功能区声环境现有监测点位的基础上进行优化调整,对优化调整后的监测点位从数量和空间布局的合理性、均匀性进行分析研究,并开展24 h定点监测,将各类功能区的监测结果横向与普查监测结果进行比较,纵向与近8 a的功能区监测数据进行比较。经验证,优化调整后的监测点位数量合规、布局合理,能覆盖城市建成区范围,具有代表性和可行性,可为客观评价乌鲁木齐市声环境质量状况、开展噪声污染防治奠定基础。
The acoustic environment monitoring points in the functional area of Urumqi have been optimized and adjusted according to the relevant standards and technical regulations.The rationality and uniformity of the number and spatial layout of the optimized and adjusted monitoring points were analyzed and studied,and 24 h fixed-point monitoring was carried out.The monitoring results of various functional areas were compared with the horizontal and census monitoring results,and the longitudinal comparison was made with the monitoring data of nearly 8 years of functional areas.The results proved that the number of optimized and adjusted monitoring points is compliant,reasonable,representative and feasible,which can lay a foundation for objective evaluating the sound environment quality of Urumqi city and carrying out noise pollution prevention and control.
