摘要
我国是世界上最大的氢氟碳化物(HFCs)类制冷剂生产国和消费国。HFC-134a是汽车空调普遍采用的制冷剂。通过调研制冷剂的回收管理要求和报废汽车拆解行业HFC-134a制冷剂的回收情况,估算了我国报废汽车拆解行业HFC-134a制冷剂回收的潜力及其带来的环境效益,分析了制冷剂回收工作中存在的主要问题,并提出了健全法规政策、强化行业规范、增强企业责任意识和完善制冷剂回收网络等环境无害化管理建议。
China is the world’s largest producer and consumer of hydrofluorocarbons(HFCs)refrigerants.HFC-134a is a commonly used refrigerant in automotive air conditioning.By investigating the requirements for refrigerant recovery management and the recovery situation of HFC-134a refrigerant in the scrapped vehicle dismantling industry in China,the potential and environmental benefits of HFC-134a refrigerant recovery in the scrapped vehicle dismantling industry are estimated.The main problems in refrigerant recovery work are analyzed,and suggestions for environmentally sound management are proposed,such as improving regulations and policies,strengthening industry norms,enhancing corporate responsibility awareness,and improving refrigerant recovery networks.
