蓬莱油田微粒稳砂体系简易评价方法研究

A simple evaluation method for particle stabilized sand system in Penglai oilfield

摘要 针对蓬莱油田微粒运移防治对稳砂体系的需求,需要研究一种可快速准确评价稳砂效果的简易评价方法,以实现对稳砂体系初筛的目的。以渤海油田常用的稳砂体系为评价对象,利用线性膨胀率法、离心法、絮凝法、分液漏斗法、简易冲刷法等简易评价方法开展了稳砂效果评价,并与可模拟地层生产全过程的动态模拟评价方法进行了对比分析。室内实验结果表明,分液漏斗法实验时长最短,为3h,评价结果与动态模拟评价方法结果一致,可作为蓬莱油田简易稳砂评价方法。用该方法对稳砂剂WS-3开展了加量优化,当稳砂剂加量为800×10^(-6)时,出砂量和漏失量均为0。使用稳砂剂WS-3在渤海油田开展了13井次的稳砂治理先导性实验,结果表明,措施井防砂有效率100%,平均有效期达20个月,进一步验证了该方法的有效性。优选的稳砂体系简易评价方法简便有效,可实现对稳砂体系性能的快速评价和种类初筛。 In response to the demand for sand stabilization system in the prevention and control of particle migration in Penglai oilfield,it was necessary to study a simple evaluation method that can quickly and accurately evaluate the sand stabilization effect,in order to achieve the initial screening purpose of the sand stabilization system.Taking the sand stabilization system commonly used in Bohai oilfield as the evaluation object,the sand stabilization effect of simple evaluation methods such as linear expansion rate method,centrifugal method,flocculation method,separatory funnel method and simple scouring method was evaluated,and compared with the dynamic simulation evaluation method that can simulate the whole process of formation production.The indoor experiment showed that the separatory funnel method has the shortest experiment time,which was 3h.The evaluation results was consistent with the dynamic simulation evaluation method,and can be used as a simple sand stabilization evaluation method for Penglai oilfield.This method was used to optimize the dosage of sand stabilizer WS-3.When the dosage of sand stabilizer was 800X 10-6,the sand production and leakage were both 0.Thirteen pilot experiments on sand stabilization and control were conducted in Bohai oilfield using the selected sand stabilizer WS-3.The application results showed that the sand control efficiency of the measure wells was 1oo%,with an average effective period of 2o months,further verifying the effectiveness of this method.The simplified evaluation method for the selected sand stabilization system was simple and effective,and can be used for rapid and preliminary screening of the sand stabilization system in the oilfield.
