摘要
针对工厂水排放需要达到一定标准的问题,采用嵌入式技术设计了一种智能水质多参数检测控制系统。系统以RK3288为主芯片,在Linux系统中使用Qt开发上位机作为监控页面,使用工业4G路由联网;通过传感器采集水的温度、pH值、电导率、浊度、ORP、腐蚀率等参数,实时显示传感器数据并上传到服务器;通过前端页面进行查看,并对相关数据进行存储及在线观察水质趋势,具有历史查询和测量值超标报警的功能。另外,可根据水质状况远程开启对应的加药泵,进行加药操作,使水质达到可排放标准,并且使用液位计查看剩余药液的百分比。此系统实时性好,可以有效地对水质进行检测并及时处理。
Aiming at the problem that factory water discharge needs to meet certain standards,an intelligent water quality multiparameter detection and control system was designed using embedded technology.RK3288 was used as the main chip.In the Linux system,Qt was used to develop the host computer as the monitoring page.Industrial 4G routing was used for networking,sensors were used to collect temperature,pH value,conductivity,turbidity,ORP,corrosion rate and other parameters of water quality,sensor parameters were displayed in real time,uploaded to the server,and viewed through the front-end page.and the relevant data were stored to observe the water quality trend online.It had the functions of historical query and alarm when the measured value exceeded the standard.In addition,by observing the water quality,the corresponding dosing pump could be remotely turned on to carry out the dosing operation,so that the water quality could reach the discharge standard and the level gauge was used to see the percentage of remaining liquid.This system has good real-time performance,and can effectively detect water quality and deal with problems in time.
