摘要
                
                    在混凝土施工过程中需要采取适宜的措施控制混凝土内部温度,保证混凝土浇筑质量。为选取适宜的重力坝施工温度控制措施,采用数值模拟分析方法对不同施工方案温度控制效果进行分析。结果表明:采用冷水管可有效降低混凝土内部温度,当冷水管过密时可在混凝土表面形成较大的拉应力,当拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度时可在混凝土表面形成拉裂缝。根据数值模拟分析,冷水管采用2 m×1 m的间距布置时温度控制效果最佳,可为类似工程提供参考。
                
                During the concrete construction process,appropriate measures need to be taken to control the internal temperature of the concrete to ensure the quality of concrete pouring.In order to select appropriate temperature control measures for gravity dam construction,numerical simulation analysis methods were used to analyze the temperature control effects of different construction plans.The results show that the use of cold water pipes can effectively reduce the internal temperature of concrete.When the cold water pipes are too dense,a large tensile stress can be formed on the concrete surface.When the tensile stress exceeds the tensile strength of the concrete,tensile cracks can be formed on the concrete surface.According to numerical simulation analysis,the temperature control effect is best when the cold water pipes are arranged with a spacing of 2m×1m,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
