摘要
城市化进程中城市新区因远离城市中心,使周边社区商业拥有优势地理位置而稳定发展。本文以新冠疫情发生后两年时间,调查杭州某社区商业经营状况。发现社区商业经营发生较大的转变,业态更替加快,经营稳定性变弱的现状,外部的原因有经营政策法规变化、电子商务影响、周边商业综合体的建成以及新冠疫情突发事件等多重叠加的因素影响,使区域商业供给生态发生改变。然后根据现有状况,从社区商业相关的开发商、经营管理的主体角度和政府角度给出相应的对策和建议,以促进城市社区商业的稳定发展。
In the process of urbanization,new urban areas have stable development due to their distance from the city center,providing advantageous geographical locations for surrounding community businesses.In this paper,two years after the COVID-19,we investigated the business operation of a community in Hangzhou.It is found that the community business operation has undergone a major change,the change of business types has accelerated,and the business stability has weakened.The external reasons include the changes in business policies and regulations,the impact of e-commerce,the completion of the surrounding commercial complex,and the COVID-19 emergencies,which have changed the regional business supply ecology.Then,based on the existing situation,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided from the perspectives of developers,management entities,and the government related to community commerce,in order to promote the stable development of urban community commerce.
