摘要
在福建等花岗岩地区,因水土流失较严重且坡率较陡(<1∶1.5),难以有效实现铁路路基边坡的绿色防护。在赣龙铁路长汀南站、河田站开展大型原位路基工程绿色防护试验研究,创新绿色支护结构形式,提出多种新型绿色支护结构,实现陡路基边坡和花岗岩路基边坡的绿色防护,增加绿化面积42%;优化桩间距、桩长等支护结构尺寸,节省成本约12%。研究表明,花岗岩路基边坡采用椰纤维网防护,可有效防止水土流失,实现花岗岩路基边坡的绿色防护;采用大桩间距预加固桩后置的形式和框架锚杆联合基材,可以满足全坡面绿色防护的要求;采用“抗滑桩+桩间土钉”绿色防护结构,通过土钉联合表层短锚杆和三维固土网垫固定的基材,可实现抗滑桩之间的绿色防护。研究结果表明,该设计可解决花岗岩地区路基边坡水土保持的难题,拓展边坡绿色防护的领域,有效地改善铁路周边的水土保持和生态环境。
In the granite area such as the Fujian province,it is difficult to realize the green protection design of railway subgrade slope because of the serious soil and water loss and the steep slope rate(<1∶1.5).Large-scale in-situ test research on green protection of subgrade engineering in the Changting county south station and Hetian station of the Gan-long railway were carried out.The forms of green support structures were innovated and a variety of new green support structures were proposed.The green protection of steep subgrade slope and granite subgrade slope was realized,and the green area was increased by 42%.Optimization of pile spacing,pile length and other supporting structure size could save about 12%of the cost.The results show that,the use of coconut fiber network protection of granite subgrade slope can effectively prevent soil erosion and achieve green granite subgrade slope protection.Adopting the post-position form of pre-reinforced piles with large pile spacing and the combined base material of frame anchor rod can meet the requirements of green protection for the whole slope surface and adopte the green protection structure of“Anti-slide pile+soil nailing between piles”.The green protection between anti-slide piles is realized by the base material fixed by soil nailing combined with short anchor rod and three-dimensional earth-fixing net cushion.The results show that the design can solve the problem of soil and water conservation of subgrade slope in granite area,expand the field of slope green protection,and improve soil and water conservation and ecological environment around railway effectively.
