摘要
目的:分析全面肺康复联合常规药物在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月中部战区空军医院收治的稳定期COPD患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用全面肺康复治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组精神健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、生理功能、总体健康评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组COPD急性发作率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:全面肺康复联合常规药物在稳定期COPD患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者肺功能,提高其生活质量,降低急性发作率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation combined with conventional drugs in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 60 patients with stable COPD who were treated in the Air Force Hospital of Central Theater Command from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment and the observation group received comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation treatment on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,physical pain,social function,physiological functioning,emotional functioning,vitality,physiological function and overall health in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the acute episode rate of COPD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation combined with conventional drugs in patients with stable COPD has a significant effect,which can improve pulmonary function,improve the quality of life,and reduce the rate of acute episode.
