摘要
住宅小区外墙结构受内部与外部因素的影响,会因卷材破损、墙体开裂等问题导致其抗渗性受损,从而影响建筑的使用。文中以某住宅小区工程为例,对外墙质量渗漏原因进行检测分析,并从设计、材料、管理等方面提出了应对措施,以期为改善外墙抗渗性提供参考。
Due to the influence of internal and external factors on the exterior walls of residential communities,the impermeability of the exterior wall structure may be damaged due to issues such as membrane damage and wall cracking,thereby affecting the use of the building.Taking a residential community project as an example,this article analyzes the causes of external wall quality leakage and proposes corresponding measures from design,materials,management,and other aspects to provide effective reference for improving the impermeability of the exterior wall.
