摘要
动态随机一般均衡模型用于衡量各方诉求的平衡关系。而在县域生态环境建设中,可以对企业主导的经济发展、居民的宜居环境、政府的财政收入及生态环境的建设水平进行综合分析,对最优的均衡模式进行求解,从而指导县域生态环境建设。文章利用VAR模型对产业结构、经济发展及环境污染3个维度指标的互动性进行分析,按照企业、居民、政府及环境4个要素构建各自的均衡模型,并以阜蒙县为研究案例,对均衡模型进行静态与动态求解,依据结果给出生态环境建设建议。
Dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model is used to measure the balance of demands of all parties.In the county ecological environment construction,the enterprise-led economic development,residents'livable environment,government's financial revenue and ecological environment construction level can be comprehensively analyzed,and the optimal equilibrium model can be solved,so as to guide the county ecological environment construction.Based on this,this paper first uses VAR model to analyze the interactivity of the three dimensions of industrial structure,economic development and environmental pollution.Secondly,according to the four factors of enterprise,residents,government and environment,the author constructs their own equilibrium model.Finally,taking Fumeng county as a case study,the static and dynamic solution of the equilibrium model is carried out,and the ecological environment construction suggestions are given according to the results.
