摘要
针对外观形态相似的特种动物纤维难以鉴别的现象,简述了近年来特种动物纤维定性定量检测技术的进展,分析和比较了显微镜/电镜方法、DNA检测法、蛋白分析法以及自动智能图像检测法的检测原理、步骤、成本、优缺点和适用性等,分析表明某些特别难区分的检测样品需综合利用主客观检测方法才能得到较为准确的结果。文章可为相关检测机构、检测人员了解和选择合适的方法提供参考。
In view of the difficulty in identifying specialty animal fibers with similar appearance and morphology,the progress of qualitative and quantitative detection technology of special animal fibers in recent years was briefly described.The detection principle,procedure,cost,advantages and disadvantages and applicability of microscope/electron microscope method,DNA detection method,protein analysis method and automatic intelligent image detection method were analyzed and compared.The results show that some samples that difficult to distinguish need comprehensive use of subjective and objective detection methods to get more accurate results.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the relevant testing institutions and testing personnel to understand and choose the appropriate methods.
