铁死亡在肺癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是当今世界范围内发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,尽管目前肺癌的治疗手段取得了重大进步,但其5年生存率仍然很低。铁死亡是一种以细胞内游离铁增加、脂质过氧化和活性氧累积为主要特征的细胞死亡方式。越来越多的证据表明,铁死亡在肺癌的发生发展中发挥了至关重要的作用,探索铁死亡在肺癌中的作用机制对于寻找新的肺癌诊断及治疗方法具有重要意义。本文就细胞铁死亡的调控机制及其在肺癌发生发展中的作用展开综述,以期为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供新的方向和思路。 Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest incidence rate and mortality in the world today.Although significant progress has been made in the treatment of lung cancer,its 5-year survival rate is still very low.Ferroptosis is a cell death mode characterized by an increase in intracellular free iron,lipid peroxidation,and accumulation of reactive oxygen species.More and more evidence suggests that ferroptosis plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,and exploring the mechanism of ferroptosis in lung cancer is of great significance for finding new diagnostic and treatment methods for lung cancer.This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of cell ferroptosis and its role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer,with the aim of providing new directions and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
