便捷性与口味多样化的菜谱式复合调味料匹配了新时代的消费习惯,满足了消费者快节奏的生活需求。“三减政策”下我们从消费者的健康角度出发,倡导健康理念的减盐产品。文章主要对菜谱式复合调味料的定义、市场现状及开发过程中的相关技术展开了探索与论述,为菜谱式调味料朝着更健康、更安全、更营养的方向发展提供一些思路。
The convenience and diverse flavors of the recipe compound seasoning match the consumption habits of the new era,meeting the fast-paced lifestyle needs of consumers.Under the“three reduction policies”,from the perspective of consumer health,we advocate for salt reduction products with a healthy concept.This article mainly explores and discusses the defnition,market status,and related technologies in the development process of recipe compound seasoning,providing some ideas for the development of recipe seasoning towards a healthier,safer,and more nutritious direction.
