铝合金补焊工艺与疲劳性能的研究进展

摘要 铝合金具有氧化性强、热导率大和凝固收缩率大等特点,使用传统补焊工艺修复铝合金构件可能会使接头性能弱化,无法保证补焊修复质量。本文综述了搅拌摩擦焊、激光熔覆焊和冷金属过渡焊等新型修复技术的工艺特点及其在铝合金补焊领域的研究进展。针对铝合金结构补焊后疲劳性能下降问题,总结了疲劳破坏机理和工艺措施等方面的创新性研究成果,为铝合金补焊技术的理论研究和实际应用提供参考。 Due to the characteristics of aluminum alloy materials such as strong oxidation,large thermal conductivity and solidification shrinkage,the joint performance may be weakened and the repair quality cannot be guaranteed by using traditional repair welding technology to repair aluminum alloy components.The technological characteristics of friction stir welding,laser cladding welding and cold metal transfer welding and their research progress in aluminum alloy repair welding were reviewed.In order to solve the problem of fatigue peformance decrease of aluminum alloy structure after repair welding,the innovative research results on fatigue failure mechanism and technological measures were summarized,which provides reference for theoretical research and practical application of aluminum alloy repair welding technology.
