摘要
“舒泰50”是兽用麻醉剂,为替来他明与唑拉西泮的复合制剂,吸食后出现丰富的幻视、解离感、四肢共济失调、肌肉阵挛、不能行走及肺部感染,伴有意识改变。国内外对此药物在人群中滥用的报道罕见。本文报道1例规律鼻吸“舒泰50”4个月后出现共济失调、幻视、解离感及不能行走,经苯二氮[艹卓]类药物、小剂量抗精神病药应用后症状缓解,希望对临床医师识别及处理该精神异常有所帮助。
"Zoletil 50"is a veterinary anesthetic,a compound preparation of tiletamine and zolazepam.This report describes a case involving mental and behavioral abnormalities after prolonged use of this drug.The patient had been regularly inhaling"Zoletil 50"nasally for 4 months.Following inhalation,symptoms emerged including abundant visions,dissociation,ataxia,muscle jerking,inability to walk and lung infection,along with changes of consciousness.The symptoms were eventually relieved through the administration of benzodiazepines,low-dose antipsychotic medications,and other medications.This case illustrates the potential mental effects of inhaling"Zoletil 50"and may help clinical physicians identify and manage similar psychotic disorders resulting from the use of this veterinary anesthetic.
