摘要
作为生态文明建设先行示范区、绿色发展先行示范区,浙江生态建设久久为功,绿色成为浙江发展最动人的色彩。研究浙江生态产品价值的实现,有助于深入理解社会主义生态文明经济及人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化。生态产品价值实现的“浙江经验”主要体现在:将生态环境整治与绿色发展相结合,将提供良好生态产品与追求经济效益相结合,科学运用现代经营理念促进企业发展,并充分发挥地方政府的引导规范作用和基层自治组织的参与管理作用。浙江生态产品价值的实现,在护美绿水青山的同时,注重规范利用生态工商资本,提升生态福祉(生产力),扎实推进共同富裕,更好满足人民对美好生活的向往。
Zhejiang Province is a pilot demonstration area for the construction of socialist ecological civilization and green development.Ecological construction is a long term program and green development is becoming the most striking feature in Zhejiang province.Studying the value realization of its ecological products will help us to understand the socialist ecological economy and the Chinese path to modernization of the harmonious coexistence betweenhumanity and nature.The“Zhejiang experience”of realizing the value of ecologicalproducts is as follows.Improvement of ecological environment is combined with green development;producing excellent ecological products is combined with the pursuit of economic benefits;modern business concepts are properly applied to economic activities,and it is important to make full play of the guidance role of local governments and the management role of grassrootautonomous organizations.The realization of the value of ecological products in Zhejiang creates beautiful ecological environment which helps improve ecological productivity and promote the realization of common prosperityfor all,laying a solid foundation for the people to live a better life.
