近距离煤层下伏工作面巷道布置及顶板控制模拟分析 被引量:1

Simulation analysis on roadway layout and roof control in underlying working face in close distance coal seam

摘要 为解决近距离煤层开采群下伏煤层回采巷道变形破坏严重并影响工作面安全高效开采的问题,以鲁西南某矿为对象,通过理论分析和数值模拟等方法,结合地应力测试及力学试验结果,研究近距离煤层开采过程中各个煤层之间存在的相互影响及各煤层矿压显现规律,结果表明:煤层开采后工作面下方应力到达开始降低点后,距离巷道侧越远应力降低越大,但当距离达到一定值后,应力不再降低;对比分析重叠式、外错式和内错式三种下位回采巷道布置方式,内错式布置时下位回采巷道围岩变形最小;针对下位煤层回采巷道内错时巷道围岩变形情况,提出相应巷道围岩支护方案,围岩应力优化和变形控制效果明显,能够实现下位煤层开采过程中回采巷道顶板的有效的控制。研究成果对于同类型地质条件矿区近距离煤层开采巷道布置及支护方案优化具有借鉴意义。 To solve the problem of severe deformation and damage to the underlying coal seam recovery roadway in close-distance coal mining groups,which affects the safe and efficient mining of the working face,this study focuses on a mine in the southwest of Shandong Province,China.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and combining the results of in-situ stress testing and mechanical experiments,the mutual influence between coal seams during close-distance coal mining and the manifestation of strata pressure in each coal seam are investigated.The results show that after coal mining,the stress beneath the working face decreases as it moves away from the roadway side,but the stress no longer decreases after reaching a certain distance.By comparing and analyzing three different layouts of underlying recovery roadways,namely overlapping,dislocation,and insetting,it was found that the insetting layout resulted in the least deformation of the surrounding rock of the underlying recovery roadway.Based on the deformation of the surrounding rock in the underlying coal seam recovery roadway with the insetting layout,corresponding support schemes for the surrounding rock are proposed.The optimization of surrounding rock stress and deformation control showed significant effects,enabling effective control of the roof of the recovery roadway during the underlying coal seam mining process.The research findings have important reference value for the layout and support optimization of closedistance coal seam mining roadways in mining areas with similar geological conditions.
