摘要
淫羊藿含有黄酮类化合物、多糖、木脂素和生物碱等多种活性成分,因其具有天然性、安全性、环保性、功能多样性等优点而广受关注。淫羊藿及其提取物具有改善鸡生产性能、免疫性能和抗氧化功能等作用,被作为饲料添加剂应用于鸡生产中。文章阐述了淫羊藿的主要活性成分,并总结了淫羊藿及其提取物在鸡免疫性能、繁殖性能、生产性能、骨保护作用以及抗氧化功能等方面的应用研究,旨在为淫羊藿及其提取物在鸡生产中的应用提供参考。
Epimedium contains a variety of active ingredients such as flavonoids,polysaccharides,lignans and alkaloids.It has attracted wide attention because of its natural,safety,environmental protection,functional diversity and other advantages.Epi-medium and its extracts have been widely used as feed additives in chicken breeding because of their effects on improving produc-tion performance,immune performance and antioxidant function of chickens.This article expounded the main active components of epimedium and summarized the application of epimedium and its extracts in immune performance,reproductive performance,production performance,bone protection and antioxidant function of chickens,which would provide reference for the application of epimedium and its extracts in chicken production.
