摘要
正邪理论是中医认识疾病的基本模型之一,其中蕴含有对立统一的哲学思想。肿瘤的发生发展与基因突变相关,抑癌基因与癌基因在分子层面上的行为可以作为一种症状纳入正邪理论体系中。分析抑癌基因与癌基因在肿瘤发生、发展中表现出的正邪关系,有利于将现代医学的研究结论与中医基础理论相联系,从而扩充正邪理论的内涵,以期为肿瘤的中医治疗提供更多证据支撑。
The theory of healthy qi and pathogenic qi is a basic model for understanding diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which implies the philosophical thought of the contradictory unity.The occurrence and development of tumors is closely related to genetic mutation,and the behaviors of antioncogenes and oncogenes at the molecular level can be considered as symptoms and summarized into the theory of healthy qi and pathogenic qi.This paper analyzed the relationship between healthy qi and pathogenic qi demonstrated by antioncogenes and oncogenes in the occurrence and development of tumors,which is conducive to connecting the research findings of modern medicine with the basic TCM theory and expanding the theoretical connotation of healthy qi and pathogenic qi.It is expected to provide evidence for the TCM treatment of tumors.
