摘要 国标法测定工作场所空气中苯胺时苯存在胺峰的对称性不佳和标准曲线线性相关性较差的问题,对国标法溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定苯胺进行了改进。主要改进措施有:硅胶管采集样品,采用CP-Sil 8 CB for Amines胺类专用色谱柱分离,确定最优色谱条件和最佳解吸液。该方法检出限、定量下限、最低检出浓度、最低定量浓度、精密度、平均解析效率等各项指标均符合检测要求,适合工作场所空气中苯胺的检测。 In the determination of aniline in the air of workplaces using the national standard method,there are issues with poor symmetry of amine peaks and poor linear correlation of standard curves in benzene.Therefore,the national standard solvent desorption gas chromatography method for the determination of aniline has been improved.The main improvement measures include:collecting samples using a silicone tube,using a CP-Sil 8 CB for Amines amine specific chromatographic column for separation,and determining the optimal chromatographic conditions and desorption solution.The detection limit,lower limit of quantification,minimum detection concentration,minimum quantification concentration,precision,average resolution efficiency and other indicators of this method meet the detection requirements and are suitable for the detection of aniline in the air of workplaces.
