偏载下大长径比水润滑轴承分布式动特性参数识别方法

Distributed Dynamic Characteristic Parameter Identification Method of Water Lubricated Bearing with Large Aspect Ratio under Partial Load

摘要 为了解决偏载下大长径比水润滑轴承分布式动特性参数识别问题,建立水润滑轴承的两支点分布式动力学模型,提出水润滑轴承分布式动特性参数的识别方法,并验证该动特性识别方法的可靠性。通过仿真试验,引入加载和位移信号扰动对轴承分布式动特性参数识别的精度进行分析,开展偏载水润滑轴承分布式动特动特性试验。结果表明:随着激振力振幅扰动的增加,刚度和阻尼系数的识别误差线性增加;激振力相位扰动对刚度系数的影响较小,对阻尼系数的影响较大;随着位移幅值扰动的增加,刚度和阻尼系数的识别误差增加;位移信号的相位扰动对刚度系数的影响较小,对阻尼系数的影响较大;若要求刚度和阻尼的识别误差小于10%,则激振力和位移信号的扰动幅值应小于10%;若要求刚度和阻尼的识别误差小于20%,则这2个信号的扰动相位扰动偏差应小于1°。 In order to solve the problem of distributed dynamic characteristic parameter identification of water-lubricated bearings with large length-diameter ratio under partial load,the two-point distributed dynamic model of water-lubricated bearings was established,and the identification method of distributed dynamic characteristic parameters of water-lubricated bearings was proposed.Through simulation test,the accuracy of distributed dynamic characteristic parameter identification of bearings was analyzed by introducing load and displacement signal disturbance,and the distributed dynamic characteris⁃tic test of water-lubricated bearings with eccentric load was carried out.The results show that as the excitation force ampli⁃tude disturbance increases,the identification error of stiffness and damping coefficients increases linearly.The excitation force phase disturbance has a small impact on the stiffness coefficient,but a significant impact on the damping coefficient.As the displacement amplitude disturbance increases,the identification error of stiffness and damping coefficients increases.The phase disturbance of the displacement signal has a smaller impact on the stiffness coefficient,but a greater impact on the damping coefficient.If the identification error of stiffness and damping is required to be less than 10%,the disturbance amplitude of dynamic load and displacement signal should be less than 10%.If the identification error of stiffness and damping is required to less than 20%,the disturbance phase disturbance deviation of these two signals should be less than 1°.
