随着工业信息化的快速发展,数字技术在工业电气自动化控制中扮演着越来越重要的角色。其中,可编程逻辑控制器作为一种专门用于工业自动化控制系统的数字电子设备,具备灵活、可编程的特性,成为工业界广泛采用的自动化控制方案之一。对PLC在工业电气自动化控制中的应用现状进行研究,探讨PLC技术在工业生产中的必要性与重要性,并介绍PLC在工业电气自动化控制中的应用路径。通过深入了解PLC的应用现状和优势,相关工作人员可以更好地把握数字技术在工业电气自动化领域的发展趋势,为企业提供合适的控制解决方案,提高生产效率、优化产品质量,并实现智能化和可持续发展的目标。
With the rapid development of industrial information technology,digital technology plays an increasingly important role in industrial electrical automation control.Among them,programmable logic controller(PLC),as a kind of digital electronic equipment specially used in industrial automation control system,has the characteristics of flexibility and programmability,and has become one of the automation control solutions widely adopted by the industry.It aims to study the current status of PLC application in industrial electrical automation control,discuss the necessity and importance of PLC technology in industrial production,and introduce the application path of PLC in industrial electrical automation control.Through in-depth understanding of the current situation and advantages of the application of PLC,the relevant staff can better grasp the development trend of digital technology in the field of industrial electrical automation,provide enterprises with appropriate control solutions,improve production efficiency,optimise product quality,and achieve the goal of intelligent and sustainable development.
