摘要
基于产业安全理论,构建长江经济带制造业安全评价指标体系,运用DEA模型评价长江经济带制造业安全度,并分析其时空演变特征。研究表明:2010—2019年期间长江经济带制造业安全度整体变化比较平稳,2020年出现了较大幅度的下降;分区域来看,长江经济带中上游省市制造业安全度一直居于较高水平,保持安全状态,下游省市呈现较大波动且2020年降至临界安全状态;从时空演变格局来看,2020年空间分异特征比较明显。
Based on industrial security theory,we construct the Yangtze River Economic Belt manufacturing safety evaluation index system,use the DEA model to evaluate the manufacturing safety degree of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and analyse its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics.The study shows that:on the whole,the overall change of the manufacturing safety degree of the Yangtze River Economic Belt during 2010-2019 is relatively stable,and there is a relatively large decline in 2020;from a sub-regional point of view,the manufacturing safety degree of the middle and upper reaches provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has always resided at a high level and maintained a safe state,while the downstream provinces and cities showlarge fluctuations and drop to a critical From the perspective of spatial and temporal evolution pattern,the spatial differentiation feature is more obvious in 2020.
