摘要
在对2018年湖南省省级及以上高新区高质量发展水平进行测度的基础上,从全局和局部角度对湖南省44家省级及以上高新区进行了分析。研究发现,湖南省省级及以上高新区高质量发展水平存在明显的空间差异,整体布局呈“东北高,西南低”的空间密度分异特征,表现为以长株潭为核心的单中心发展高地、常德市、岳阳市和衡阳市为较高聚集地以及多个规模小的增长点并存的空间格局。同时44家高新区全局空间自相关程度不高,14市州高新区高质量发展水平的局部空间相关性较低,湖南省四大板块“长株潭”“洞庭湖”“大湘西”“湘南”地区高新区高质量发展水平在空间上呈现离散状态。湖南省高新区高质量发展应采取相关措施缩小高新区之间的发展差异,增强长沙作为增长极对于周边地区的带动作用,促进高新区整体高质量发展水平持续稳步提升。
Based on the measurement of the high-quality development level of high-tech zones at the provincial level and above in Hunan Province in 2018,this paper analyzes 44 high-tech zones at the provincial level and above in Hunan Province from global and local perspectives.It is found that there are obvious spatial differences in the high-quality development level of high-tech zones at the provincial level and above in Hunan Province,and the overall layout shows the spatial density differentiation characteristics of"high in the northeast and low in the southwest",which is manifested in the spatial pattern of single-center development highland with Changzhutan as the core,Changde City,Yueyang City and Hengyang City as higher gathering places and the coexistence of multiple small-scale growth points.At the same time,the global spatial autocorrelation of 44 high-tech zones is not high,the local spatial correlation of the high-quality development level of 14 cities and prefectures is low,and the high-quality development level of the four major plates in Hunan Province"Changzhutan","Dongting Lake","Greater Xiangxi"and"Shonan"is spatially discrete.The high-quality development of high-tech zones in Hunan Province should take relevant measures to narrow the development differences between high-tech zones,enhance Changsha's driving role as a growth pole in surrounding areas,and promote the continuous and steady improvement of the overall high-quality development level of high-tech zones.
