摘要
从产区分布、国内市场、出口贸易3个方面分析我国银耳产业发展现状,指出近年来我国银耳产量稳步提升。福建省作为银耳最大产区,近年产量占全国产量的80%以上。银耳国内市场总体向好,加工类产品中,冻干银耳羹、鲜炖银耳两类产品销量增长。银耳出口数量和金额在2021年后回升,2022年我国银耳出口总量为4 566.09吨,同比增长18.47%;实现出口额8 813.18万美元,同比增长32.26%;出口单价19.30美元/千克,同比增长11.63%。出口贸易主要省份为福建和湖北,2022年实现出口额和全国出口总量的占比分别为5 566.41万美元、63.16%和2 208.58万美元、25.06%。泰国是我国银耳出口主要流向国,其次是中国香港地区。分析我国银耳产业在种业创新与保护、生产技术水平、精深加工等方面存在的问题,并提出对策建议。
The development status of Tremella fuciformis industry in China was analyzed in terms of production area distribution,domestic market,and export trade.The production of tremella in China has steadily increased,with Fujian Province being the largest producer of tremella,accounting for over 80%of the national production.The domestic market of tremella was generally improving,and the sales of freeze-dried tremella soup and fresh stewed tremella increased among the processing products.The export volume and value of tremella have rebounded after 2021.In 2022,China's total exports of tremella was 4566.09 tons,a year-on-year increase of 18.47%;the export value was 88.1318 million US dollars,a year-on-year increase of 32.26%;The export unit price was 19.30 US dollars/kg,a year-on-year increase of 11.63%.with Fujian and Hubei being the main provinces for export trade.Thailand is the main destination country for tremella exports in China,followed by the Hong Kong region.The existing problems in China's tremella industry in terms of spawn industry innovation and protection,production technology level,and deep processing were pointed out,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions to address the issues.
