摘要
司马煤矿井下瓦斯抽采缺乏理论以及实践支持,导致矿井3号煤层的瓦斯抽采效果时常达不到预期。因此,文章利用了COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件对3号煤层瓦斯抽采半径进行了模拟优化,并利用瓦斯压力降低法,在1208运巷进行了工程验证,最终得到该3号煤层的最佳瓦斯抽采天数为60~80 d,同时选择抽采半径为2~3 m时较为合适。综合考虑抽采成本和抽采标准要求,最终确定抽采时间为60 d,钻孔间距为4~5 m, 1208工作面的煤层瓦斯压力可以降至原始压力的60%以下。
The lack of theoretical and practical support for underground gas extraction in Sima Coal Mine leads to the effect of gas extraction in No.3 coal seam often fails to meet expectations.Therefore,in this paper,COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the gas extraction radius of No.3 coal seam,and the gas pressure reduction method was used to carry out engineering verification in roadway 1208.Finally,the optimal gas extraction days of the No.3 coal seam were 60~80 days.At the same time,it is more suitable when the extraction radius is 2~3 m.Considering the extraction cost and extraction standard requirements,it is finally determined that the extraction time is 60 days,the drilling distance is 4~5 m,and the coal seam gas pressure at the working face of 1208 can be less than 60%of the original pressure.
