摘要
目的探讨肺功能检测在小儿大叶性肺炎(LP)诊疗中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月至12月我院收治的80例LP患儿为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组依靠临床症状及治疗观察进行治疗,观察组在肺功能检测评估指导下进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV_(1)%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、潮气量(TV)、呼气峰流速(PEF)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的退热时间、肺啰音持续时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部阴影消失时间以及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺功能检测在小儿LP的诊疗及预后结局的判定中具有一定的参考性,临床上可以据此调整患儿的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the application value of pulmonary function test in the diagnosis and treatment of children with lobar pneumonia(LP).Methods A total of 80 children with LP admitted in our hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by clinical sumptoms and treatment observation,and the observation group was treated under the guidance of pulmonary function test and evaluation.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second of the predicted value(FEV_(1)%),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC,tidal volume(TV)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,lung rale duration,cough disappearance time,lung shadow disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary function test has certain reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of LP in children and the determination of prognosis outcome.Clinically,the treatment plan of children can be adjusted accordingly.
