摘要
文旅融合背景下,作为实现乡村文化振兴的中坚力量,基层图书馆是挖掘乡村文化资源、开展乡村文化活动的重要平台,实现乡村全面振兴的一个有效“抓手”。在乡村振兴战略下基层图书馆做了大量工作,但在经费保障和文献资源建设、管理规范及乡村人群阅读意识问题等方面还存在一定的不足。该文在对国内相关研究进行综合分析的基础上,对我国基层图书馆服务乡村振兴的现状进行系统梳理,从发挥政府主导作用,建立健全资源保证体系;保护传承好乡土文化;推进基层图书馆信息化建设;做好人才体系建设;提高基层图书馆社会影响5个方面对基层图书馆服务乡村振兴工作提出改进策略。
In the context of cultural and tourism integration,as the backbone of rural cultural revitalization,grassroots libraries are an important platform for exploring rural cultural resources and carrying out rural cultural activities,and an effective"lever"for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.Grassroots libraries have done a lot of work in rural revitalization work,but there are still certain shortcomings in areas such as funding guarantee and literature resource construction,management standards,and rural population reading awareness issues.Based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant domestic research,this paper systematically sorts out the current situation of grassroots libraries serving rural revitalization in China,and establishes a sound resource guarantee system by leveraging the government's leading role;protecting and inheriting local culture;promoting the informationization construction of grassroots libraries;building a talent system.Five improvement strategies have been proposed for improving the social impact of grassroots libraries in serving rural revitalization work.
