摘要
恩施某在建高速公路地貌基本特征为阶梯状地貌发育,须选择属于陡坡路堤且要开挖台阶的路段作为路基施工试验路段。文章以128 m长的代表性路段作为填石路堤试验段,获得了机械设备配置及施工组合方式、松铺厚度与压实遍数等施工工艺参数,并检测了路基填筑试验施工的外观质量和沉降量。结果显示,填石路堤试验段经过一定遍数碾压后,平均沉降差和合格率达到规范和设计要求,采用的施工工艺参数合理。
The basic feature of an expressway under construction in Enshi is the development of stepped landform.It is necessary to select a section that belongs to a steep slope embankment and requires step excavation as the test section for subgrade construction.Taking a representative 128 meter long road section as the rockfill embankment test section,the construction process parameters such as mechanical equipment configuration and construction combination mode,loose paving thickness and compaction times are obtained,and the appearance quality and settlement of subgrade filling test construction are tested.The results show that after a certain number of passes of rolling,the average settlement difference and qualification rate of the rockfill embankment test section meet the specification and design requirements,and the construction process parameters adopted are reasonable.
