摘要
目前钢梁架设施工工艺已趋于成熟,但是对临时结构施工的研究仍较少。文章围绕北京路快速化改造工程展开了研究,阐述了该工程的概况,介绍了临时墩的结构形式及顶推临时墩支架施工的方法,为确保北京路快速化改造工程BJL-SG2标段主桥顶推临时墩支架施工的安全,检测了单桩承载力,并总结了钢梁架设施工过程中的质量保证措施,以供参考。
At present,the construction technology of steel beam erection has become mature,but the research on temporary structure construction is still less.This paper studies Beijing Road rapid reconstruction engineering,expounds the general situation of the engineering,introduces the structural form of temporary pier and the construction method of jacking temporary pier support.In order to ensure the safety of jacking temporary pier support construction of the main bridge in BJL-SG2 bid section of Beijing Road rapid reconstruction engineering,the bearing capacity of single pile is tested,and the quality assurance measures in the construction process of steel beam erection are summarized for reference.
