摘要
各类电力电子元器件构成的开关电源已成为电子设备中重要的干扰源,需要有效抑制开关电源的电磁干扰。抑制电磁干扰产生与传输路径是其中的关键。考虑到DC/DC变换器是开关电源中的基本电路模型,从软开关技术出发,从解析DC/DC变换器的电磁兼容原理出发,分析其存在的问题。为有效抑制DC/DC变换器带来的电磁干扰,详细介绍了基于软开关技术且具有典型代表意义的电磁兼容抑制措施,以及其他有效的抑制措施。最后总结分析了软开关技术的发展过程,并对软开关技术在电磁干扰抑制上的探索进行了展望,有助于理解DC/DC变换器电磁兼容相关原理,更好地进行电磁兼容相关设计,提升DC/DC变换器及开关电源的抗电磁干扰能力。
The switching power supply composed of various power electronic components has become an important source of interference in electronic equipment,and it is necessary to effectively suppress the electromagnetic interference of the switching power supply.Suppressing generation and transmission path of the electromagnetic interference is the key.Considering that DC/DC converter is the basic circuit model in switching power supplies,starting from soft switching technology,elaborating the electromagnetic compatibility principle of DC/DC converter,and its existing problems are analyzed.To effectively suppress the electromagnetic interference caused by DC/DC converters,the typical EMC suppression measures based on soft switching technology and other effective suppression measures are introduced in detail.Finally,the development process of soft switching technology is summarized and analyzed,and the exploration of soft switching technology in electromagnetic interference suppression is prospected,which is helpful to understand the relevant principles of electromagnetic compatibility of DC/DC converters,better design electromagnetic compatibility,and improve the anti-electromagnetic interference ability of DC/DC converters and switching power supplies.
