摘要
矿山开采过程中会产生含有少量有价矿物的废石,随着工业矿石的逐渐消耗,对排土废石中有价矿物的回收利用将成为必然。以都龙矿区排土废石为研究对象,采用光电分选+磁滑轮+干式磁选的工艺技术,将排土废石分成-150~+25 mm、-25~+10 mm、-10 mm 3个粒级开展试验研究。试验结果表明,当含矿废石Zn品位为0.408%、Cu品位为0.045%、Sn品位为0.044%时,获得的粗精矿Zn品位为1.781%、Cu品位为0.159%、Sn品位为0.153%,Zn回收率为51.57%、Cu回收率为42.81%、Sn回收率为43.14%。研究成果对于矿产资源深度开发、延长矿山服务年限及企业可持续发展意义重大,具有较好的示范效应和推广应用前景。
Waste rock containing a small amount of valuable minerals will be produced in the process of mining.With the gradual consumption of industrial ore,the recycling of valuable minerals in dumping waste rocks will become inevitable.Taking the waste rocks in Dulong mining area as the research object,the technology of photoelectric sorting+magnetic pulley+dry magnetic separation was used to divide the dumping waste rocks into three particle sizes of-150 mm to+25 mm,-25 mm to+10 mm and-10 mm to carry out experimental research.The results show that when the Zn grade of the ore-bearing waste rocks is 0.408%,the Cu grade is 0.045%,and the Sn grade is 0.044%,the obtained Zn grade of the thick ore concentrate is 1.781%,the Cu grade is 0.159%,and the Sn grade is 0.153%.The recovery rates of Zn,Cu and Sn are 51.57%,42.81%and 43.14%,respectively.The research results are of great significance for the deep development of mineral resources,the extension of mine service life and the sustainable development of enterprises,and have a good demonstration effect and application prospect.
