摘要
产妇下肢深静脉血栓属于产科常见的并发症,是指血液在产妇深静脉腔内凝结引起阻塞,导致产妇静脉回流受阻及障碍。深静脉血栓多发生于下肢,其中以左侧下肢发生率最高,影响产妇身体健康及安全分娩,甚至出现肺栓塞,危及产妇的生命安全。研究数据表明,近年来产科产妇出现下肢深静脉血栓的概率逐渐上升,危害较大。故而,积极预防产妇发生下肢深静脉血栓十分关键。采取何种方法预防产妇出现下肢深静脉血栓成为了临床研究的重点与热点,对此相关研究报道较多。本文结合临床预防产妇发生下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法,总结分析相关文献,发现预防产妇出现下肢深静脉血栓方法主要包括气压治疗仪、低分子量肝素钙、体位护理、针对性护理、饮食护理干预、全面护理干预、下肢深静脉血栓前馈控制等方法,以上护理方法均可较好预防产妇出现下肢深静脉血栓,保障产妇的安全。本文综述了产妇发生下肢深静脉血栓的因素以及护理预防方法相关研究进展,以期为产妇顺利分娩与产后恢复提供护理方案。
Lower limb deep vein thrombosis of parturient is a common obstetric complication,which refers to the blockage caused by blood coagulation in the deep vein cavity of parturient,leading to the blockage and obstruction of venous return of parturient.Deep vein thrombosis mostly occurs in the lower limbs,of which the incidence rate of the left lower limb is the highest,which affects the health and safe delivery of parturient,and even presents pulmonary embolism,endangering the life safety of parturient.Research data shows that the probability of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient has gradually increased in recent years,which is very harmful.Therefore,it is very important to actively prevent the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient.How to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient has become the focus and hot spot of clinical research,and there are many related research reports.Based on the clinical nursing methods to prevent the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient,this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature,and finds that the methods to prevent the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient mainly includ air pressure therapeutic apparatus,low molecular weight heparin calcium,posture nursing,targeted nursing,diet nursing intervention,comprehensive nursing intervention,feedforward control of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and other methods.The nursing methods above can well prevent the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient,ensure the safety of parturient.This article summarizes the factors of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in parturient and the related research progress of nursing prevention methods,in order to provide nursing programs for the smooth delivery and postpartum recovery of parturient.
