摘要
目的:探讨目标管理模式健康宣教对大剂量干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者安全用药效果的评价。方法:通过随机抽签法将2020年9月—2022年10月我院收治的118例CHB患者分为两组(n=59),均给予大剂量干扰素治疗。对照组和观察组分别施以常规和目标管理模式健康宣教,均连续干预3个月。比较两组安全用药依从性、不良反应发生率、生活质量水平。结果:观察组安全用药依从率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后CLDQ量表评分高于干预前,且观察组各项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对大剂量干扰素治疗的CHB患者采用目标管理模式健康宣教,能有效提高患者安全用药的依从性,降低不良反应发生率,且能有效促进患者生活质量的提升。
Objective:To explore the evaluation of the effect of target management model health education on the safe medication of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)treated with high-dose interferon.Methods:A total of 118 CHB patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to October 2022 were divided into two groups(n=59)by random lottery method,all of which were treated with high-dose interferon.The control group and the observation group were given routine and target management mode health education respectively for 3 months.The compliance of safe medication,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of safe medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of CLDQ scale in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of each item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education of target management mode for CHB patients treated with high-dose interferon can effectively improve the compliance of patients with safe medication,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and effectively promote the improvement of patients’quality of life.
