摘要
目的探讨在正畸治疗中使用自锁托槽矫治器的临床疗效及对牙周指标与炎症因子的临床影响。方法本次研究对象为许昌市人民医院口腔科2021年6月—2022年6月收治的拟行正畸治疗的患者90例,应用随机表法均分成两组,对照组(n=45)使用传统托槽矫治器,观察组(n=45)使用自锁托槽矫治器,比较两组临床效果及牙周指标与炎症因子的变化。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);两组治疗后各项牙周指标[牙周探诊深度(PD),牙龈指数(GI),菌斑指数(PLI),龈沟出血指数(SBI)]均有所变化,观察组PD、GI、SBI及PLI增长幅度明显小于对照组(P<0.001);两组治疗后龈沟液(GCF)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显提升,而观察组提升幅度小于对照组(P<0.001)。结论在正畸治疗中使用自锁托槽矫治器临床效果优良,可有效减少对牙周指标的影响并促进炎症因子的消退。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-locking bracket appliance in orthodontic treatment and its clinical effect on periodontal indexes and inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 90 patients with orthodontic treat⁃ment From June 2021 to June 2022 in Xuchang people's hospital were divided into two groups by random table method,patients in control group(n=45)was treated by traditional bracket appliance,observation group(n=45)was treated by self-locking bracket appliance,clinical effect and periodontal index and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal indexes(PD),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI)in both groups were changed,and the increase rate of PD,GI,SBI and PLI in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of gingival crevicular fluid(GCF),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly increased in both groups,while the increases in the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Self-locking bracket appliance has good clinical effect in ortho⁃dontic treatment,which can effectively reduce the influence on periodontal indexes and promote the regression of inflam⁃matory factors.
