摘要
技能型人才是支撑乡村振兴战略的中坚力量,农林类高职院校学生作为服务“三农”、参与美丽乡村建设和生态文明建设的主力军,在新时代面临着更高的要求和严峻的挑战。以云南林业职业技术学院高职学生为主要调查对象,重点探讨在学生宿舍管理过程中,“00后”大学生所表现出来的思想意识及行为习惯,分析成因并提出对策。通过宿舍管理与思想政治教育的融合,切实提升农林类学生的综合素质和能力,以时代新人的姿态和标准投身乡村振兴发展事业。
Skilled talents are the backbone of rural revitalization,agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges students as the main force of service to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,who have participated in the construction of the beautiful countryside and ecological civilization,but still face higher requirements and challenges in the new era.This paper investigates the students from Yunnan forestry technological college,focuses on discussing ideology and behavior habits problems of“post-2000s generation”college students in the process of environment management of student dormitories,analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures.Taking the dormitory as the starting point,effectively strengthen the comprehensive quality and ability of agriculture and forestry higher vocational college students,allow themselves to devote to the rural revitalization and development with the attitude and standard of the newcomer.
