摘要
基于科技创新链视角,分析当前中医药健康产业发展前景,结合辽宁本土中医药种植业、科研储备、市场潜力以及政策导向等现状,针对现存问题探讨辽宁中医药科技创新服务健康产业的发力方向,提出挖掘利用好中医药本土资源优势、加快“大数据+大健康”产业模式建设、发展基层中医药健康服务网络,以及加大基层中医药人才引进与培养等发展路径,以期为推进中医药科技创新与健康产业深度融合提供对策建议。
Based on the perspective of the technological innovation chain,this paper analyzes the current development prospects of the traditional Chinese medicine health industry in Liaoning.Combining the current situation of the local traditional Chinese medicine planting industry,the scientific research reserves,the market potential,and the policy guidance,it explores the direction of Liaoning's traditional Chinese medicine technological innovation services for the health industry.It proposes to explore and utilize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine local resources,accelerate the construction of the“big data and big health”industry model,develop the grassroots health service networks of the traditional Chinese medicine and increase the introduction and training of the grassroots traditional Chinese medicine talents,in order to provide the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the deep integration of the traditional Chinese medicine technology innovation and the health industry.
