摘要
为了模拟油套管高温服役工况,研制开发了一套串联型绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)中频感应加热装置。此装置设计三路单独输出回路,可同时完成油套管高温模拟试验及油套管焊接局部热处理。采用直流电压调功和逆变侧调功相结合的方式进行输出功率调节,有效提高对负载的适应能力;采用动态死区调节的方法,提升逆变器效率和系统的可靠性;采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)可编程芯片为核心构成整流、逆变的控制系统,并配套喷淋降温及远程软件系统。应用结果显示,该设备能快速稳定实现升温,最高温度大于650℃,通过比例积分微分(PID)参数整定系统保证稳态温度波动小于±3℃,满足了油套管适用性评价高温环境模拟的需要,具有良好的实用性和稳定性。
In order to complete the tubing and casing applicability evaluation test,a series IGBT medium frequency induction heating device is developed.This device is designed with three separate output circuits,which can simultaneously complete the high temperature simulation test of tubing and casing and local heat treatment of tubing and casing welding.This device adopts the combination of DC voltage power regulation and inverter side power regulation to adjust the output power,effectively improving the adaptability to the load.Dynamic dead time regulation is adopted to improve inverter efficiency and system reliability.The control system of rectifier and inverter is composed of FPGA and CPLD programmable chip as the core,and is equipped with spray cooling and remote software system.The application results show that the equipment can achieve rapid and stable temperature rise,the maximum temperature is more than 650℃,and the steady-state temperature fluctuation of the system through PID parameter tuning is less than±3℃,which has good practicability and stability.
