摘要
1例67岁男性慢病患者因左侧下肢麻木、活动受限、腿部肿胀2个月余、血糖血脂控制不佳等问题咨询药师。经整理该患者近期实验室结果及目前治疗药物清单后,药师通过运用药物治疗管理方法,对其在用药过程中产生的问题进行了药物治疗管理指导。经后期访谈,此次药物治疗管理有效地提高患者用药安全性及依从性。
A 67 year old male patient with chronic diseases consulted pharmacist due to numbness in left lower limb,limited mobility,leg swelling for more than 2 months,and poor blood glucose and lipid control.After organizing recent laboratory results and current list of therapeutic drugs of the patient,the pharmacist carried on medication management guidance for problems during medication process with medication management methods.After later interviews,it is found that drug treatment management can improve patient medication safety and compliance effectively.
