摘要
目的 探讨冷圈套内镜下黏膜切除术对6~9mm结肠息肉的疗效。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月本院接收的80例结肠息肉患者,按照数字随机表法将其分为常规组(40例)和研究组(40例),常规组采用热圈套器息肉切除术治疗,研究组以冷圈套器息肉切除术治疗为主,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果 研究组组织完全切除率更高(P<0.05);研究组直接成本费用与常规组对比更高,但是在C/E值上与常规组对比更低(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组术后出现出血、穿孔并发症的概率更低(P<0.05);研究组息肉切除时间、手术时间与常规组对比更短(P<0.05)。结论 与传统热圈套器息肉切除(hot snare polypectomy, HSP)手术对比,冷圈套器息肉切除(cold snare polypectomy, CSP)手术切除6~9mm结肠息肉的效果更好,能有效降低术后并发症,性价比更高,值得推广。
Objective To explore effect of cold loop endoscopic mucosal resection for 6-9mm colon polyps.Methods Time interval of the report was from January 2022 to December 2022,the paper chose 80 cases colon polyp patients admitted to our hospital as survey subjects and divided them into routine group(40)and study group(40)with digital random table method.the former was treated with hot loop polypectomy protocol,while the latter with cold loop polypectomy protocol.Treatment effect was analyzed between two groups.Results Study group had higher rate of complete tissue resection(P<0.05),direct cost of study group was higher that routine group,but the C/E value was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Study group had lower probability of postoperative bleeding and perforation complications(P<0.05).Polypectomy time and surgical time in study group was shorter than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion CSP surgery can achieve better effect than HSP surgery in removing 6-9mm colonic polyps,reducing postoperative complications effectively,with higher cost-effect,which is worthy of promotion.
