摘要
2022年10月,某石化企业乙烯装置4#裂解炉原料烃管线高空弯头发生穿孔泄漏,检测排查发现13处弯头的壁厚减薄率超过40%,腐蚀风险严峻。对原料烃管线的化学成分及显微组织进行分析,通过电镜扫描及能谱分析对减薄弯头进行检测,结合管线工艺介质状况和弯头材质结构,分析弯头减薄泄漏的主要原因为:石脑油介质中的硫元素及少量氯元素造成的局部腐蚀,与生产过程、清焦过程中介质高速流动造成的冲刷腐蚀,两者相互结合造成管线减薄。采取管道材质升级,控制介质中的硫含量,适当调整介质流速等措施可降低管线腐蚀风险。
In October 2022,a leakage occurred in the raw hydrocarbon pipeline elbow of the 4#cracking furnace of a petrochemical company’s ethylene plant.After testing,it was found that the wall thickness reduction rate of 13 elbows exceeded 40%,posing a serious corrosion risk.Analyze the chemical composition and microstructure of the raw hydrocarbon pipeline,detect the thinning elbow through electron microscopy scanning and energy spectrum analysis.Based on the condition of the pipeline process medium and the material structure of the elbow,analyze the main reasons for the thinning and leakage of the elbow:local corrosion caused by sulfur and a small amount of chlorine in the naphtha medium,and erosion corrosion caused by high-speed erosion of the medium during production and coke cleaning processes.The combination of the two causes pipeline thinning.Measures such as upgrading pipeline materials,controlling the sulfur content in the medium,and appropriately adjusting theflow rate of the medium can reduce the risk of pipeline corrosion.
