摘要
多元综合教学法在“外科护理学”教学中恰当应用,构建完善的线上线下混合式教学模式,不仅可以调动和激发护生学习的内动力,还可以使护生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,培养其综合应用能力和临床思维能力。基于近年来“外科护理学”教学改革探索的经验,分析了“外科护理学”教学现状的特点及改革方向,总结了具体的教学改革方法,包括思想政治育人教学法、线上线下混合式教学法、情景模拟综合训练教学法、基于超星学习通的案例小组教学法等。多种教学法的综合应用,对培养新时代急需的德才兼备的高素质护理人才有重要的现实意义。
The proper application of multiple comprehensive teaching method in surgical nursing teaching and the construction of a perfect online and offline mixed teaching mode can not only mobilize and stimulate the internal motivation of nursing students’learning,but also cultivate nursing students’correct world outlook,values and outlook on life,comprehensive application ability and clinical thinking ability.Based on the experience of surgical nursing teaching reform and exploration in recent years,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and reform direction of surgical nursing teaching,and summarizes specific teaching reform methods,including ideological and political education teaching method,online and offline mixed teaching method,scene simulation comprehensive training teaching method,and case group teaching method based on superstar learning.The comprehensive application of various teaching methods is of great practical significance to cultivate high-quality nursing talents with both ability and political integrity,which are urgently needed in the new era.
