摘要
目的探讨循证护理用于高血压并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)护理的临床效果。方法选取医院2021年3月至2022年3月住院高血压并冠心病患者64例,按随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予循证护理。结果观察组总满意度为96.88%,显著高于对照组的84.38%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组干预后的收缩压、舒张压均显著降低,左室射血分数显著增大,左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)均显著缩小(P<0.05)。结论循证护理用于高血压并冠心病护理,能更有效地降低患者的血压水平,改善心功能,提升满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing applied in the nursing of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 64 inpatients with hypertension and CHD admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random envelope method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing.Results The overall satisfaction in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 84.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group significantly decreased,left ventricular ejection fraction significantly increased,and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with hypertension combined with CHD can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve heart function,and increase satisfaction.
