摘要
目的探讨藿苏养胃口服液联合SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的晚期胃癌患者(包括术后复发患者)72例,按给药方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者予SOX方案治疗,观察组患者予藿苏养胃口服液联合SOX方案治疗。结果观察组和对照组患者的疾病控制率分别为80.56%和80.56%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000>0.05)。观察组患者的骨髓抑制(3-4度)、恶心、呕吐(1-2度)、腹泻(1-2度)、胆碱综合征、手足综合征(1-2度)、肝功能损害发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的功能领域及健康领域评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论藿苏养胃口服液联合SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌,能有效降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huosu Nourishing Stomach Oral Liquid combined with SOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 72 advanced gastric cancer patients(including postoperative recurrence patients)admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different drug administration programs,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with SOX regimen,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Huosu Nourishing Stomach Oral Liquid combined with SOX regimen.Results The disease control rates in the observation group and the control group were 80.56%and 80.56%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000>0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression(3-4 degrees),nausea,vomiting(1-2 degrees),diarrhea(1-2 degrees),cholestatic syndrome,hand-foot syndrome(1-2 degrees),and hepatic impairment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of functional domains and health domains in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Huosu Nourishing Stomach Oral Liquid combined with SOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
