新医科建设背景下寄生虫学教学改革与思考

摘要 寄生虫学是医学生的必修课之一,也是联系基础医学、临床医学及预防医学的纽带课程。随着常见寄生虫病的发病率显著下降,近年来人们对寄生虫病的防控意识逐渐淡薄,对医学寄生虫学教学工作重视程度也不断降低。但随着我国对外交往、人员交流愈加频繁,输入性寄生虫病的风险也逐渐显现。随着宠物行业的兴起,人兽共患寄生虫感染的隐患也逐渐增加。寄生虫学流行趋势的改变给寄生虫学传统课程内容提出了严峻挑战。目前,寄生虫学学科认知程度不高、教学内容及教学方法传统、教师队伍专业素质不强等也是阻碍寄生虫学教学改革的重要因素。制定符合新时代发展特色及寄生虫流行趋势的教学方案,创新运用多种教学方式方法,加强寄生虫学专业人才培养,是新医科建设背景下寄生虫学教学改革的必经之路。本文总结国内寄生虫教学现状,结合实际情况进行思考,提出通过制定科学合理的寄生虫学教学大纲、灵活运用多种教学方法、建立全面的教学成果考核制度、加强教师队伍建设并提升教师专业素养、增强实验室基础建设、挖掘课程中的思政元素等方式,推进寄生虫学教学内容及教学模式改革,为寄生虫学的教学改革提供参考。 Parasitology is one of the compulsory courses for medical students.Meanwhile,it is also a bonding course of the basic medicine,clinical medicine and preventive medicine.Along with the significant decline in the incidence of common parasitic diseases,the awareness of the prevention and control of parasitic diseases among human beings has gradually weakened in recent years.Furthermore,the importance of medical parasitology teaching has also been decreasing.However,on the consideration that the foreign exchanges and personnel exchanges become more frequent in China,the risk of imported parasitic diseases has gradually emerged.Along with the emerging pet industry,the hidden danger of zoonotic parasitic infection has gradually increased.Changes in the trend of parasitology have posed serious challenges to the content of traditional parasitology courses.At present,the low degree of awareness of parasitology,the traditional teaching content and teaching methods,and the insufficient professionalism of the teaching team are also important factors hindering the reform of parasitology teaching.Only the formulation of teaching programs conforming to the development characteristics of the new era and the trend of parasite epidemics,the innovative application of the various teaching methods,and strengthening the training of parasitology professionals can reform parasitology teaching under the background of new medical construction.By summarizing the current situation of parasite teaching in China and contemplating in accordance with the actual situation,it is proposed to promote the reform of parasitology teaching content and teaching mode by formulating a scientific and reasonable parasitology syllabus,establishing a comprehensive teaching achievement assessment system,strengthening the construction of teachers and improving professional quality of teachers,enhancing laboratory infrastructure,and excavating ideological and political elements in the curriculum flexibly by a variety of teaching methods.Therefore,it can provide the specific reference for the teaching reform of parasitology.
