脱氢乙酸钠对苜蓿干草营养品质与霉菌的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为解决苜蓿干草发霉的问题,以翻晒后的苜蓿干草为材料,添加不同用量的脱氢乙酸钠(0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%,以苜蓿干草重量为基础),晾晒至20%含水量后打捆贮藏,于贮藏0、20、30、40、50、60 d取样测定其营养品质和霉菌数量。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的延长,苜蓿干草粗蛋白质、可溶性碳水化合物、粗脂肪含量和相对饲喂价值呈逐渐降低趋势,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量呈逐渐增加趋势;与不添加对照组相比,脱氢乙酸钠添加处理能显著提高贮藏30、50、60 d苜蓿干草的粗蛋白质含量以及贮藏60 d的可溶性碳水化合物含量(P<0.05);显著降低贮藏30、50、60 d的中性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05)。随着贮藏时间的延长,苜蓿草捆中霉菌的数量在贮藏20 d时达到最高,然后逐渐下降,但60 d时仍然显著高于贮藏0 d(P<0.05);脱氢乙酸钠处理显著降低贮藏0~50 d的霉菌数量(P<0.05)。隶属函数综合评价表明,添加0.10%脱氢乙酸钠对苜蓿干草的防霉效果最好。 In order to solve the problem of mildew during the storage of alfalfa hay,different amounts of sodium dehydroacetate(0,0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%,based on the weight of alfalfa hay)were added to the sun-cured alfalfa hay,which was dried to 20%water content and then bundled for storage.Samples were taken at 0,20,30,40,50,60 days after storage to determine its nutritient quality and mold count.The results showed that with the extension of storage time,the contents of crude protein(CP),water soluble carbohydrates(WSC),ether extract(EE),and relative feeding value(RFV)gradually decreased,while the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acidic detergent fiber(ADF)gradually increased;Compared with the control group,the addition of sodium dehydroacetate significantly increased the CP content of alfalfa hay stored for 30,50,and 60 days,as well as the WSC content of alfalfa hay stored for 60 days(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the NDF content of alfalfa hay stored for 30,50 and 60 days(P<0.05).With the extension of storage time,the number of mold in alfalfa bales reaching its maximum at 20 days of storage,and then gradually decreasing.However,at 60 days,it was still significantly higher than that at 0 days of storage(P<0.05);sodium dehydroacetate treatments significantly reduced the number of molds during 0-50 days storage periods(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function showed that adding 0.10%sodium dehydroacetate had the best anti-mildew effect on alfalfa hay.
