摘要
本文描述了检验检测机构公共服务平台系统构建过程,结合南通市实情从理论上分析平台的系统构成,揭示平台各要素之间的相互关系,阐释平台建设的可行性,对平台系统构建进行了探索,通过平台的构建可以实现资源共享、有效监管、公共服务的目的,解决以往各政府部门实验室存在的系列问题。
This paper describes the construction process of the public service platform system for inspection and testing institutions,analyzes the system composition of the platform in theory based on the actual situation of Nantong,reveals the interrelationship between the various elements of the platform,explains the feasibility of the platform construction,and explores the construction of the platform system.Through the construction of the platform,the purposes of resource sharing,effective supervision,and public service can be achieved,and a series of problems in previous government departments’laboratories can be solved.
